Technician 2, Manufacturing Equipment (Wirebond)

Responsibilities

• Provide shift technician support for wire bond production to achieve KPI goals regarding machine downtime, utilization, MTBA, and OEE.
• Perform machine preventive maintenance and execute continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment capability.
• Conduct assembly equipment conversion and major troubleshooting to ensure smooth production line operations.
• Maintain reliable attendance and presence to support operational and team objectives.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with wire bond machines such as KNS Iconn, Iconn Plus, Ultra, or Rapid Mem.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of semiconductor wire bond flow and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with computer systems, computer networks, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
