Technician 2, Manufacturing Equipment

Responsibilities

• Support continuous production by ensuring equipment performance meets quality, yield, cost, and cycle time goals
• Report machine status and technical issues promptly to the EE Leader and Engineer
• Conduct final product test conversions while maintaining high quality standards
• Implement and uphold 6S practices to ensure an efficient production environment
• Assist the technical team in reducing machine downtime and improving MTBA/MTBF
• Support engineers with project follow-ups and provide machine operation training to operators
• Manage spare parts, including distribution, replacement, and accurate record tracking

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
• Familiarity with the maintenance and troubleshooting of Assy DA equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with workable English

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering
• Experience with machine and tooling routine preventive maintenance (PM)
• Ability to perform machine alarm analysis and detailed report generation
• Strong sense of follow-up regarding quality issues and technical projects
