Technician 2, Manufacturing Equipment

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Wafer sort equipment day to day line sustaining, prober card maintenance, PM and conversion
• Provide systematic problem analysis and hands-on troubleshooting
• Perform complex problem analysis using 5 why analysis
• Liaise with process engineering team regarding low yield triggering
• Perform preventive maintenance and quality improvement projects

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of equipment engineering experience in Wafer sort test equipment maintenance
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and maintenance at Wafer sort equipment
• Availability for overtime work when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in Memory tester, prober, and probe card maintenance
• Experience in wafer handling and involvement in improvement projects
