About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day line sustaining for Wafer sort equipment
- Perform prober card maintenance, PM, and conversion
- Provide systematic problem analysis and troubleshooting
- Conduct 5 why analysis for complex problems
- Liaise with process engineering team regarding low yield triggering
- Support overtime work as required
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of equipment engineering experience in Wafer sort test equipment maintenance
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Memory testers, probers, and probe card maintenance
- Experience with wafer handling and improvement projects
