Technician 2, Manufacturing Equipment

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Die Prep equipment day to day line sustaining, PM and conversion
• Provide systematic problem analysis and troubleshooting
• Perform 5 WHY analysis for complex problems
• Liaise with process engineering team regarding low yield triggering
• Perform preventive maintenance and quality improvement projects

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of equipment engineering experience in Wafer soft test equipment maintenance
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in Backgrind, wafer saw and Taping
• Die Prep equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Wafer handling skills
• Experience in improvement projects
