Technician 2, Manufacturing Equipment (Molding)

Responsibilities

• Support production to achieve KPI goals regarding molding machine downtime, utilization, MTBA, and OEE
• Perform machine preventive maintenance and implement continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment capability
• Execute assembly equipment conversion and major troubleshooting to ensure smooth production lines
• Maintain regular attendance and reliable presence to support operational and team objectives

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic, or equivalent field
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Molding Machine models YPS 2060, PMC 1040, PMC 2030, etc.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (reading, writing, and conversing)
• Knowledge of semiconductor molding flow and equipment
• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with computer systems, networks, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
