Technician 2, Manufacturing Equipment (Molding)

Responsibilities

• Provide shift technician support for molding production to achieve KPI goals regarding machine downtime, utilization, MTBA, and OEE
• Perform machine preventive maintenance and execute continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment capability
• Execute assembly equipment conversion and perform major troubleshooting to ensure smooth production line operations
• Maintain regular attendance and reliable presence to support operational and team objectives

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or an equivalent field
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Molding Machines (specifically YPS 2060, PMC 1040, PMC 2030, etc.)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Knowledge of semiconductor molding flow and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with computer systems, networks, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
