Technician 1, R&D

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples, perform experiments, and conduct material testing
• Support product development, quality, and equipment teams with technical tasks
• Record test results, observations, and process data accurately
• Assist engineers during trials, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized laboratory environment
• Manage inventory of R&D materials
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical field
• Strong hands-on technical skills and aptitude
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Detail-oriented with good safety awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, R&D, production, or laboratory work
• Basic understanding of laboratory testing, process equipment, or production machinery
