Technician 1

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and operate coating machines and pre/post treatment equipment
• Prepare coating systems, load/unload chambers, and change magnetic systems
• Input process parameters into operator screens and maintain equipment records
• Pre-treat customer products using standardized methods and customer work instructions
• Use fixturing and defixturing techniques to build and breakdown chamber loads
• Collaborate with Quality and Center Management to address quality concerns
• Perform daily changeover maintenance and optimize production equipment use

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, stack, push, pull, or move items weighing up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely with various chemicals and gases
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to concentrate on tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a machine operator
