Technician 1

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and maintain coating machines and pre-treatment processes
• Prepare coating systems, load/unload chambers, and change magnetic systems
• Input process parameters into operator screens and follow customer work instructions
• Perform daily changeover maintenance on pre and post-treatment equipment
• Use fixturing and defixturing techniques to build and breakdown chamber loads
• Collaborate with Quality and Center Management to address quality concerns
• Maintain and update equipment records and assist with quality assurance tasks

Requirements

• High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work safely with a variety of chemicals and gases
• Ability to lift, stack, push, pull, or move items weighing up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a machine operator
