Technician 1, Equipment Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform tester preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and GR&R data generation following company standards.
• Resolve standard-level test system performance issues occurring on the production line.
• Assist engineers with the installation, de-installation, and upgrading of testers.
• Support the repair of tester boards and instruments.
• Proactively communicate system-related issues to engineers and provide technical data for timely disposition.
• Collaborate with peers to meet department objectives and support factory improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to 5S practices and maintain professional conduct and discipline.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electronic theory.
• Technical knowledge within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform tester calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
