Technician 1, Equipment Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, conversion, calibration, repair, and preventive/predictive maintenance of automated test handlers.
• Maintain automated test handlers' sub-assemblies and related components used in Final Test, Wafer sort, and Tape and Reel processes.
• Conduct first-level verification of Yield and QA failures in manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot setups and perform basic tester debugging.
• Document all activities through the OPCenter MES.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to submit performance reports and participate in quality improvement programs.

Requirements

• Graduate of Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related vocational course.
• Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and the ability to interpret schematic diagrams.
• Familiarity with test equipment setup and operation.
• Ability to operate major equipment subsystems and perform simple setups and conversions.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
