About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform online repairs in setup and offline repairs in PRVX and other tools used in the probecard lab
- Execute rebuild and maintenance of probecards used in the Wafersort manufacturing process
- Operate specialized equipment and perform simple setups and conversions
- Maintain equipment to ensure reliability in the manufacturing environment
Requirements
- Graduate of Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related vocational course
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of work experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry
- Basic knowledge of electronic circuits
- Ability to interpret schematic diagrams
- Familiarity with test equipment setup and operation
