Technician 1, Equipment Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform handler setup activities, including setting temperature, lead count, and setup files per package, and installing LN2 tanks as required.
• Execute big and mini Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Calibration (Cal) procedures for assigned handler types.
• Conduct regular maintenance activities using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and autonomous maintenance techniques.
• Develop handler installation and buy-off procedures, specifications, and presentation materials.
• Participate as an effective team member in at least two handler improvement projects per year.
• Apply project management methods to daily tasks and assigned duties.
• Ensure strict compliance with company environmental management, health, and safety policies.

Requirements

• Experience with handler setup activities and semiconductor testing equipment.
• Proficiency in performing PM and Calibration procedures.
• Knowledge of autonomous maintenance techniques and TPM.
• Ability to apply project management methods to technical tasks.
• Commitment to environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance.
