About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform handler setup activities, including setting temperature, lead count, and setup files per package, and installing LN2 tanks as required.
- Execute big and mini Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Calibration (Cal) procedures for assigned handler types.
- Conduct regular maintenance activities using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and autonomous maintenance techniques.
- Develop handler installation and buy-off procedures, specifications, and presentation materials.
- Participate as an effective team member in at least two handler improvement projects per year.
- Apply project management methods to daily tasks and assigned duties.
- Ensure strict compliance with company environmental management, health, and safety policies.
Requirements
- Experience with handler setup activities and semiconductor testing equipment.
- Proficiency in performing PM and Calibration procedures.
- Knowledge of autonomous maintenance techniques and TPM.
- Ability to apply project management methods to technical tasks.
- Commitment to environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance.
