Technical/Engineering Manager - ECL

Responsibilities

• Deliver results through expert technical execution and governance
• Develop, maintain, and improve technical standards, processes, and procedures
• Provide technical assurance through project oversight, auditing, and incident investigation
• Oversee project budgets, mitigate execution risks, and ensure correct monthly invoicing
• Maximize proposal win ratios by ensuring competitive and accurate commercial quotes
• Manage project execution professionals through goal setting, mentoring, and coaching
• Support client and supplier negotiations and procurement processes

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or an associated technical field
• Practical experience in industrial cybersecurity, functional safety, or systems engineering
• Strong background in Industrial Automation and Industrial Control systems
• Functional Safety certification or equivalent
• Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2)
• Experience managing complex projects and industrial risk
• Experience in business financial functions like procurement and invoicing
• Full unrestricted driver’s license
