Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including guides, tutorials, SOPs, troubleshooting documentation, and certification content.
• Translate complex technical knowledge regarding robotics and collections systems into clear, actionable documentation for non-technical audiences.
• Identify knowledge gaps across teams and proactively develop new or updated content to keep materials current with evolving tools.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, and operators to gather source material and validate technical accuracy.
• Support the localization and adaptation of training materials for international teams using i18n frameworks.
• Maintain a regular review cadence for existing content to ensure accuracy and version control as processes evolve.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, ideally within technology, robotics, hardware, or operations-heavy environments.
• Proven ability to learn complex technical systems quickly and synthesize information for diverse audiences.
• Experience working with documentation systems, style guides, and content standards.
• Familiarity with internationalization (i18n) considerations for content creation and translation.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tooling.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and an ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in robotics, physical AI, or hardware operations environments.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Exposure to the design of certification or credentialing programs.
