Technical Writer - Labeling Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and review product package inserts, user manuals, and labeling to ensure compliance with Corporate, Regulatory, and Global guidelines (ISO, PAL, CE, etc.)
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Quality, Medical, and Regulatory teams to understand product requirements
• Write and prepare technical software documentation
• Review manufacturer data, drawings, and prototypes to delineate technology and operating procedures
• Manage digital content specifications including type style, font size, and formatting
• Maintain information architecture outputs and analyze content for reuse opportunities
• Develop and review Bill of Materials and vendor specifications for technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in technical writing
• Minimum of two years of experience managing digital content projects
• Proficiency in DTP software (Adobe InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator)
• Required knowledge of digital content software such as MadCap Flare or RoboHelp
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
