Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to understand upcoming software releases to create relevant demonstrational content
• Develop clear and concise knowledge base articles, user guides, educational videos, and presentations
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness by verifying information and conducting testing
• Format materials with visuals for enhanced comprehension
• Incorporate feedback from teams to continually improve documentation quality
• Create English translations for all materials for non-Arabic users
• Adhere to project timelines and manage multiple documentation projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or software companies
• Proven experience creating release supporting materials for software products
• High proficiency in technical English and Arabic
• Strong technical aptitude for understanding complex software functionalities
• Proficiency in documentation and picture editing tools
• Experience with Zendesk, Hubspot, or Intercom knowledge bases
• Familiarity with software development processes
• HRMS background preferred
