Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Create target-group-oriented technical documentation for mobile devices using a Content Management System (CMS).
• Develop new content based on development documents, specifications, and maintainability analyses in direct collaboration with developers and engineers.
• Update existing technical documentation based on end-user feedback and experiences.
• Support the creation of project-specific documentation guidelines.
• Review technical documentation on the product in close coordination with the customer.
• Optimize documentation content through information exchange with product training departments and usability assessments of product mock-ups.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training as a Technical Writer.
• Proficiency in XML editors, Adobe software, and MS Office.
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
• A strong interest in technology and the ability to prepare complex processes clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience (including internships) in creating technical documentation using a Content Management System.
