Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Create and develop documentation as per project or initiative requirements
• Incorporate information into IT infrastructure, process, and service definition documents, support policies, work instructions, and training guides
• Deliver technical writing status reports
• Escalate issues and log risks to management
• Participate in IT, process, and service design meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Gather relevant IT, process, service, and support information from SMEs and PMs
• Review and edit technical writing by team members to maintain clarity and quality

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Technical Writer
• Familiarity with the documentation lifecycle and quality assurance reviews
• Proficiency in technical communication, instructional design, and technical editing
• Experience gathering feedback and measuring documentation success via analytics or business feedback
• Strong problem-solving and self-starter initiative
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing requirements
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
