Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain high-quality documentation including user manuals, system specifications, installation guides, integration documents, release notes, and FAQs
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and structured documentation
• Ensure all documentation aligns with company branding and adheres to industry-standard writing guidelines and style guides
• Organize documents in a version-controlled repository and maintain document lifecycle through updates and reviews
• Create visual aids such as diagrams and workflows to support documentation
• Assist in preparing technical content for proposals and customer communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing
• Experience with documentation tools like Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with standard documentation styles such as DITA, IEEE, or other structured writing methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing technical content for wireless communication products or solutions
• Exposure to space communication systems, networking protocols, or RF systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
