About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, compose, and edit computer system information to develop end-user and technical documentation
- Develop, recommend, and implement technical communications documentation standards
- Write drafts, finalize content, conduct reviews, and coordinate the distribution of documentation
- Perform editing and quality control functions on department documentation
- Review and evaluate system inconsistencies to recommend improvements for usability
- Develop online documentation and help screens
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
