Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in their missions
• Perform quality and safety controls on site
• Coordinate work between various technical subcontractors
• Order necessary equipment and materials
• Design and organize methods for project execution, including plans, resources, and budgets
• Analyze market files and verify technical trade limits
• Participate in kickoff meetings for subcontractor execution studies
• Assist in developing and monitoring technical trade control plans
• Participate in testing and commissioning of main technical room equipment
• Work with external partners (clients, suppliers, architects) and internal teams (site managers, design offices)
• Define and respect prevention rules applicable to construction sites

Requirements

• Engineering or construction management training
• Specialization in electrical (high/low voltage), HVAC, or plumbing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word
• Organized and reactive personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
