Technical Web Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex website features, templates, and CMS-driven experiences
• Translate design and marketing requirements into responsive, scalable web experiences
• Partner with design, content, and marketing teams to launch site enhancements
• Own web development standards including code quality, QA, and technical documentation
• Maintain and evolve CMS architecture and content models
• Drive improvements in site performance, accessibility, and technical SEO
• Support technical implementation for marketing measurement, A/B testing, and analytics
• Review technical work and create reusable standards and implementation guidance

Requirements

• 7+ years of web development experience
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing websites
• Experience with modern CMS or headless CMS platforms
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with React, Next.js, Sanity, Contentful, Vercel, or Netlify
• Familiarity with GA4, form tracking, and A/B testing tools
• Experience mentoring developers and performing code reviews
• Working knowledge of localization and global web operations
