Technical Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and transport documents
• Organize and store products in dedicated warehouse areas with correct labeling
• Record daily warehouse movements in the IT system for accurate traceability
• Manage transport and delivery documentation (DDT) via Workday
• Perform periodic stock checks and update inventory records
• Report stock discrepancies to the Maintenance Engineer and Administrative Department
• Safely operate handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics
• Knowledge of loading, unloading, and storage procedures
• Familiarity with management software (Workday preferred)
• Forklift license (preferred)
• Proficiency in Italian and English
