Technical Voice and Telecom Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support for US and UK processes
• Act as a Web Consultant for Australian markets
• Manage UK Telecom processes including call blocking
• Provide technical assistance to consumers and small businesses

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in BPO environments preferred
• Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
• Ability to join immediately
• Graduate or Undergraduate degree
