Technical Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of product training programs
• Maintain Competency Center facilities to ensure they are up to date
• Evaluate technical hotline service quality and prepare weekly progress reports
• Track ticket completion rates and define improvement actions based on data patterns
• Identify training gaps by analyzing hotline and ticket data to create targeted learning initiatives
• Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive training plans for the Distribution product portfolio
• Create and maintain a library of FAQs, tutorials, training materials, and process guidance
• Collaborate with service distribution technical teams and product experts to improve service quality

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field
• Solid understanding of distribution products and systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work across different teams and functions in a fast-moving environment
• English proficiency at a C1 level
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training support

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Chinese is a significant plus
• Business-related degree with a strong technical component
