Technical Training Specialist (Automotive Coatings)

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face and virtual (webcast) technical training sessions to internal and external customers.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training activities across the Belgium and France region.
• Ensure consistent use of approved training content and maintain training data dashboards.
• Conduct customer demonstrations and support industry events.
• Collaborate with business and regional teams to align training with market needs.
• Contribute to content development as a subject-matter expert.
• Manage product inventory, training materials, and training center facility operations.
• Support the local execution of regional Product & Color strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of refinish industry experience with strong product, process, and application knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of professional training experience.
• Fluency in both French and Flemish.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant paint software.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to meet regional needs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
