Technical Training Instructor

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training workshops for dealership technicians to improve diagnosis and repair competencies
• Prepare workshops, vehicles, and tools for experiential learning
• Maintain Regional Training Facility, student guides, and training center equipment
• Verify learner understanding using competency-based training
• Maintain attendee training records in the learning portal
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Dealership teams to meet training goals
• Assist in the development of technical training curriculum
• Comply with health and safety standards and maintain 5S shop cleanliness

Requirements

• 6+ years of automotive technical repair and diagnostics experience
• 3+ years of experience training OEM dealership technicians
• Professional Certification (OEM Master Technician or ASE Master technician)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent classroom facilitation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of electric vehicle technology
• Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
