Technical Training Instructor

Responsibilities

• Implement the Technical Training pillar of the BOE at the plant to ensure alignment with broader training objectives.
• Deliver comprehensive instructor-led technical training sessions and provide detailed guidance on practical activities.
• Partner with factory leaders, instructors, and HR representatives to facilitate continuous training and onboarding for new hires.
• Support "on the job" trainers to ensure effective practical instruction delivery.
• Conduct training assessments and observations to evaluate employee competence and proficiency in work tasks.
• Manage training documentation and completion tracking within the Learning Management System (LMS) and Electronic Document Management System (eDMS).
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and update plant-specific work instructions.
• Track and report key training metrics to drive continuous improvement and meet technical training KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of a technical degree or completed technical education.
• Proven experience executing technical training activities, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in delivering training programs, utilizing learning methodologies, and instructional design (creating training materials/content).
• Strong skills in evaluating technical tasks, collaborating with teams, and professional communication.
• Proficiency in using training software such as LMS and eDMS.
• Intermediate English skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
