Technical Training Instructor

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Technical Training Pillar at the plant, aligned with strategic training objectives.
• Facilitate comprehensive technical training sessions, ensuring practical guidance and skill application on the job.
• Partner with plant leaders, instructors, and HR to ensure a continuous training process, including onboarding for new hires.
• Guide and support instructors in the effective delivery of on-the-job practical training.
• Conduct assessments and observations to measure employee competence and proficiency.
• Manage training records, tasks, and completions, ensuring accurate documentation within LMS and eDMS systems.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop or update work instructions and monitor training metrics for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completed technical education (Ensino técnico concluído).
• Experience executing technical training activities, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in executing training programs, including technical instruction, learning methodologies, and instructional design (creating training materials/content).
• Ability to evaluate technical tasks and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with training software systems such as LMS and eDMS.
• Ability to track and report training KPIs.
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
