Technical Training Creator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical referent for digital and communication teams to ensure mechanic-oriented accuracy in content
• Coordinate the adaptation of technical documents, such as TSB and training decks, into editable formats
• Support the conversion of classroom training into e-learning modules in SCORM format
• Create and edit technical video tutorials showcasing product installation, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Review and validate all training materials for technical correctness and field applicability
• Collaborate with global technical training managers, e-learning teams, and product line experts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive training, technical communication, or diagnostics support
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and vehicle maintenance
• Hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of EV/Hybrid, ADAS, and other emerging automotive technologies
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus
