About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide training administration support for managers and staff
- Book training, venues, and coordinate with internal and external providers
- Maintain accurate training records and qualification files
- Raise purchase orders, receipt orders, and resolve invoice queries
- Extract and consolidate learning and development data for reports
- Monitor qualification expiry dates and support renewals
- Support compliance, sustainability, and ad hoc project work
Requirements
- Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Adaptability across different situations
- UK-based with legal right to work in the UK
