About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement impactful new-hire technical training programs, including structured onboarding and hands-on workshops.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training for manufacturing and warehouse operations via classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and video learning.
  • Create engaging instructional materials covering safety, quality, and equipment operation.
  • Assess employee competency through evaluations and observations to drive continuous improvement in training programs.
  • Collaborate with operations teams and Frontline Leaders to enhance training effectiveness and support new employee success.
  • Coordinate and maintain department-specific training records for both full-time and contingent employees.
  • Support 5S+ practices to promote a Zero Incident Culture.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or related experience.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Ability to work onsite in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • Experience delivering training in both classroom and hands-on environments.
  • Familiarity with training systems, data tracking, and project coordination.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Background in production or warehouse environments (e.g., switchgear, assembly).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
