Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and deliver technical training in industrial cleaning, pumping, and assembly
• Conduct internal training sessions to support employee skill development
• Perform site audits to verify the application of taught rules and safety standards
• Evaluate employee competencies and manage pedagogical follow-up
• Update training materials based on technical and regulatory evolutions
• Propose technical and safety improvements related to taught disciplines
• Provide technical support to operators for high-specificity site preparation and monitoring
• Occasionally supervise sites during specific shutdowns

Requirements

• Proven experience in training for high-pressure cleaning, pumping, and assembly activities
• Mastery of S3C frameworks
• Strong pedagogical, empathetic, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High national mobility required (frequent and regular travel across France)
• Acceptance of an itinerant schedule with regular overnight stays
