Technical Trainer Specialist - Medical Imaging/Computed Tomography (CT)

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and improve technical training solutions including e-learnings, virtual sessions, in-person training, and simulations
• Provide high-quality customer experiences in both physical and digital learning environments using modern educational tools
• Maintain training systems and lab areas to ensure they are fully capable of delivering effective training sessions
• Take ownership of the learner experience and encourage safe, collaborative learning activities
• Lead continuous improvement projects and manage reporting for KPIs and change adoption metrics

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor degree in technical science, electronics, mechatronics, or an equivalent field
• 2+ years of experience in training delivery, learning services, or the education field
• Hands-on technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, or maintaining Philips CT (Computed Tomography) products
• Strong technical background in electronics, mechanics, and computer networking
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while collaborating with diverse teams and customers
