Technical Trainer Specialist-CT (Computed Tomography)

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and improve technical training solutions including e-learnings, virtual sessions, in-person training, and simulations
• Provide high-quality customer experiences in both physical and digital learning environments using modern educational tools
• Maintain training systems and lab areas to ensure they are fully capable of delivering effective training sessions
• Take ownership of the individual learner experience and encourage safe, collaborative learning activities
• Lead continuous improvement projects and manage reporting for KPIs and change adoption metrics

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor degree, or 5+ years of experience in training delivery, learning services, or education
• Hands-on technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, or maintaining Philips CT (Computed Tomography) products
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time while interacting with diverse teams and customers
• Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expertise in Computed Tomography (CT) products
• Technical background in electronics, mechanics, and computer networking
