About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training courses on rigging and operational procedures
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with industry standards and safety regulations
- Assess trainee competencies and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote best practices in all training activities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor training programs to specific operational requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience
- At least 5 years in a training role
- Strong knowledge of rigging practices, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or EPC sectors
- Excellent English communication skills
- Certifications related to rigging and safety training (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) preferred
- Ability to conduct competency-based assessments
