Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical competence development program and training implementation for the Africa & LAPAC importer network
• Design course outlines and recommend appropriate training methodologies including ILT, e-learning, and video
• Develop course materials in line with Renault Trucks standards and templates
• Conduct technical training delivery and driver training sessions
• Manage the total training calendar, including scheduling, preparation, and logistics for partners
• Develop and conduct training evaluations to measure learning transfer and provide detailed reports
• Coordinate with the Quality & Warranty department to address technical and warranty challenges
• Support importer workshop staff participation in competence development competitions

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in skills development, ideally in a trainer role
• Expertise in training design, development methods, and QALIOPI standards
• Solid understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and retail environments
• Fluency in both French and English (Spanish is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems
• Possession of a valid Commercial Vehicle Driver’s license
• Ability to travel frequently as required by the role
