Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver training programs to enable warehouse teams to effectively use the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Develop and maintain user guides, job aids, and role-based training materials for various warehouse functions
• Facilitate instructor-led and hands-on training sessions for operators, supervisors, and super users
• Support WMS implementations through onsite training, floor support, and immediate coaching during go-live activities
• Conduct process audits and assessments to ensure operational adherence to system workflows and scanning procedures
• Partner with operations, IT, and implementation teams to align training with system configurations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in adult learning, instructional design, or a similar field
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, WMS, or supply chain systems training
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Proficiency in all phases of instructional design (ADDIE)
• Working knowledge of e-learning development software and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to travel up to 75% to various warehouse sites for implementations
