Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of training measures in vehicle technology using current pedagogical and methodological aspects
• Creation of training concepts, trainer guides, and participant materials
• Internal consulting and technical assistance
• Participation in training and development projects

Requirements

• Completed training as a Master Mechanic (KFZ-Meister)
• Broad and deep experience with high-voltage (HV) systems
• Fluent German and good English skills (primarily written)
• Proficiency in common PC applications
• High willingness to travel within the German-speaking area
• Good communication skills and confident appearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Trainer
• Trainer certification
