Responsibilities

• Prepare workshops and vehicles for experience-based learning
• Moderate training sessions for dealership technicians to increase diagnostic and repair competence
• Ensure training materials and literature are up to date
• Conduct innovative virtual training workshops via Microsoft Teams
• Assess participant learning levels using competency-based training
• Identify additional training needs based on learner feedback and skill assessments
• Collaborate with customer team members to implement training goals
• Perform light to medium lifting tasks in the workshop
• Travel to various locations to conduct training as required
• Continuously update technical skills regarding vehicle systems and diagnostic technology

Requirements

• Professional certification as an OEM workshop master
• Experience in technical repair and diagnosis of motor vehicles
• Initial professional experience in training OEM dealer technicians
• Experience preparing classrooms, workshops, and vehicles for training
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Native or C2 level German proficiency
• Valid driver's license (Class B)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with electric vehicle technology (S2 or S3)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English language skills
