Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to Client and Channel partner teams to ensure product knowledge mastery
• Implement the ADDIE process of training from analysis to evaluation
• Maintain comprehensive training records and track progress
• Develop training programs and lead assessment and evaluation
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, Automobile, or Mechanical
• 4+ years of experience in the Automobile Industry
• Specific service training experience in OEM or Automobile Service Centre
• Experience as a Diagnostic Expert
