Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training to workshop networks in person, online, or via streaming
• Create didactic materials including guides, manuals, practical exercises, and presentations
• Review and update training content based on market news and client technical information
• Participate in national and international training sessions to ensure homogeneous knowledge transmission
• Collaborate on training logistics, including scheduling, resource coordination, and space management
• Design and implement pre- and post-training evaluation questionnaires
• Analyze training results and satisfaction levels to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Intermediate English level (B2)
• Degree in Electromechanics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical training
• Previous experience as a mechanic, diagnostic technician, or technical trainer
• Expertise in automotive electricity, mechanics, vehicle management, and infotainment systems
• Proficiency with Office 365, Canva, Prezi, Adobe Suite, or LMS tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Portuguese language skills
