Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical training to inspectors and new dealers
• Conduct process reviews and action planning with dealerships
• Implement repair processes and manage new dealer manpower training
• Lead regional meetings for gap analysis and action planning
• Evaluate manpower retention, attrition, and skill enhancement initiatives
• Track dealership manpower and GLMS penetration monthly
• Perform skill matrix assessments and training need identification
• Conduct recruitment assessments

Requirements

• Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive fields
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the automotive field
• Previous experience as a Trainer or Retainer in an Auto OEM
• Strong hands-on technical and repair skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages
• Ability to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechatronics certification
