Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training programs in instrumentation for students and professionals
- Develop and update training materials aligned with industry standards
- Conduct competency-based assessments and evaluate trainee performance
- Ensure training quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to meet training objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in technical training
- Background in Oil & Gas or EPC industries, preferably with GCC experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in competency-based assessment
- A1/V1 or D32/D33 vocational assessment qualifications preferred
