Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize pedagogical engineering solutions and training programs tailored to specific collaborator needs.
• Lead and animate training courses focused on commercial management tools and customer relations.
• Certify skill development through formal evaluations and provide personalized field support to ensure knowledge application.
• Train and manage the skill progression of technical tutors and referents to harmonize professional excellence.
• Maintain technical excellence by monitoring technological innovations and national/European regulatory evolutions.
• Optimize training service performance by managing quality processes, including QUALIOPI certification.

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+5) in pedagogical engineering.
• Proven experience as a trainer, ideally within the distribution sector.
• Deep knowledge of profit center management tools and commercial management processes.
• Proficiency in IT tools for training management and delivery.
• Strong pedagogical skills with the ability to adapt communication to diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel nationally as required for the role.
