Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver HVAC technical training programs tailored for the Saudi Arabian market
- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety practices
- Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable in Saudi Arabia
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with industry needs
Requirements
- 7-8 years of experience in HVAC systems
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical training role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC technologies and industry best practices applicable to Saudi Arabia
- Capability to conduct competency-based assessments
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications or vocational qualifications in HVAC systems or training
- Experience working directly within the Saudi Arabian market
