Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training courses on rigging and operational procedures
• Create and maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with industry standards and safety regulations
• Assess trainee competencies and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote best practices in all training activities
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor training programs to specific operational requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in a training role
• Strong knowledge of rigging practices, safety regulations, and operational procedures
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or EPC sectors
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to conduct competency-based assessments and deliver engaging training sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications related to rigging and safety training, such as IOSH or NEBOSH
