Technical Trainer – Construction

Responsibilities

• Train clients and applicators on the correct use of Sika products
• Conduct technical training sessions at construction sites and points of sale
• Provide technical support and guidance for product installation and application
• Detect and resolve technical issues in the field
• Promote correct product specification and usage to drive commercial growth

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree in Construction (required)
• Experience in technical training within the construction industry or product sector
• Experience in field-based customer service
• Hands-on experience with on-site product application or installation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction products such as adhesives, sealants, and waterproofing agents
• Understanding of on-site installation processes
